Specific delivery periods and terms of payment

English Linen

Products from these fabrics are specially made for our clients with each individual order. If you wish, you can be sent the relevant fabric samples before the products are made. The period of delivery will be set at approx. 6 weeks from the date of receipt of your order. In the confirmation of your order we will set a date by which will require you to pay 50% of the total worth of the order as prepayment. The balance will then be payable as c.o.d. (cash on delivery) when you receive the order.

Bed linen

90% of the bed linen with quoted measurements is on stock in Stuttgart and can be delivered in Germany inside approx. 5 days from receipt of the order. Allow a little more for delivery to other countries. The shipment will be sent by c.o.d. (cash on delivery). Custom-made products - with enlargement or reduction in size - are possible. Delivery takes approx. 4 weeks.

Linen for the bathroom

The products listed here are specially made in our weaving house for each order. For that reason, the minimum order value is €250,-. The delivery period is 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of the order. In the confirmation of your order we will set a date by which will ask you to pay 50% of the total worth of the order as prepayment. The balance will then be payable as c.o.d. (cash on delivery) when you receive your order.

General Business Conditions

The following terms of delivery apply for shipment inside the Federal Republic of Germany. The respective postal or shipping tariffs apply for all other countries.

A flat shipping rate of €8.00 applies for all consignments with a total weight of up to 5kg. A charge of €5.00 applies for consignments sent by c.o.d. The purchase price is always to be paid before or upon delivery.

All prices include sales tax. All products can be had upon condition of their availability and remain the property of Die Leinenweber until fully paid for. If a product which has been ordered is no longer available, we reserve the right to deliver another product which is equal in quality and price.

The statutory rights of guarantee apply. The guarantee claims, however, are initially limited to the repeated attempt to fulfil all obligations. In the case of failure to achieve this, you have the right of withdrawal from the contract of sale or a reduction in the purchase price.

Product return

Our ready-made products can be returned if they were expressly ordered for sale on approval. In this case we will have first negotiated a deadline with you. If nothing is returned by this time, you will receive an invoice. Exceptions to this right of return are articles which have been specially produced for a given order. Yard-ware which has been ordered on the basis of samples sent is also excluded from the right of return.
